For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to exchange or return products in pots (jars) and cans or products that have already been opened. The products left our house in impeccable quality. If defects are nevertheless found, these must be reported to customer service (via e-mail) within 10 days of receipt of the products. Otherwise, the products will be deemed to have been properly accepted. Micii Beauty will not bear the cost of returning the product. If your return is checked positively, you will be offered an exchange or a credit note.
